Brief of the project
Field assessment and infrastructure evaluation
Expert Farmer conducted multiple on-site inspections across ten farming sites, evaluating the condition and suitability of operational infrastructure and equipment. The team assessed storage capacities, irrigation systems, and mechanization strategies, highlighting areas for investment and optimization.
Agronomic and production analysis
Our experts reviewed crop yields, soil quality, and climate conditions to benchmark performance against regional standards. We analyzed crop rotations, regenerative agriculture implementation, and husbandry practices to identify opportunities for sustainable intensification.
